Naturopathic Consultations

INITIAL CONSULTATION 90 MINUTES | $280

GOOD FOR: first-time patients, all ages, all health concerns

Internal harmony starts here. In this session, your health history, concerns and goals will be discussed at length. An individualized treatment plan will be formulated by selecting a unique combination of naturopathic therapies that are best suited to your individual needs. Diagnostic testing including blood work, digestive or hormone testing, among others may be considered. The plan will also include a recommended follow-up schedule.

FOLLOW-UP CONSULTATION 30 OR 60 MINUTES | $110 OR $180

Consistency is key. In each follow-up session, your initial concerns and goals will be re-evaluated and new concerns will be addressed. Once the initial imbalances have been cured, treatment can move forward to address other areas, ultimately allowing for deep transformation and healing.

Interval for follow-up is recommended on a case-by-case basis depending on a patient’s individual progression. Follow-up visits may be done in person or virtually based on need.

Naturopathic Facial Rejuvenation

BESPOKE NATUROPATHIC FACIAL 75 MINUTES | $350

GOOD FOR: first-time patients, all ages, all skin concerns, addresses internal health as well as appearance of the skin.

As unique as you. An all-encompassing naturopathic facial experience customized to the unique needs of you and your skin, designed to restore the health of your skin for a nourished, radiant complexion.

The facial begins with a 15-minute pre-treatment consultation to discuss your skin history and goals. Dr. Melissa will then design a naturopathic facial best suited to your skincare needs. Your facial may include cosmetic acupuncture, facial Gua Sha, cupping, sculpting + buccal massage, and/or LED light therapy. The treatment will conclude with personalized recommendations around subsequent treatments and at-home diet, lifestyle + skincare to promote and maintain healthy skin.

COSMETIC ACUPUNCTURE + LIGHT THERAPY FACIAL 50 MINUTES | $225

GOOD FOR: all ages, acne, dull, sagging skin, fine lines + wrinkles, pigmentation or sun-damaged skin

The best of both worlds. This treatment harnesses the power of Light Emitting Diode (LED) technology and cosmetic acupuncture to tone and tighten, clear breakouts, release tight muscles and soften fine lines + wrinkles. 

The facial begins with a gentle cleansing. Then, nearly invisible, thin acupuncture needles are gently inserted over the face and body to rejuvenate the skin from the inside-out. As the needles work, the face is bathed in LED light, stimulating the body’s own regenerative processes that naturally slow with age. Cellular repair and natural stimulation of collagen + elastin begins to occur, leaving your skin noticeably radiant post-treatment. The facial concludes with a brief massage and application of tonics to fortify the skin. Results build in the days and weeks to come.  

For maximum results, a series of treatments is suggested. Each individual will respond differently depending on age and lifestyle; a course of treatment will vary between 6-12 sessions done 1-2x per week, after which monthly maintenance is suggested. Some individuals will notice results after the first treatment; more noticeable results will be seen after approximately 3-6 sessions.

SCULPTING FACIAL WITH BUCCAL MASSAGE 50 MINUTES | $250 

GOOD FOR: ages 21+, those seeking a more lifted complexion, lymphatic drainage, puffiness and water-retention, pre- or post-travel, sagging skin or jowls, under-eye bags, tight muscles or for those that clench the jaw / suffer from TMJ. 

Carve your own path. This facial combines several techniques to meticulously sculpt, tone, and lift the face, promoting lymphatic drainage while restoring bone structure and musculature of the face. The result is an unbelievably plump yet defined face and radiant complexion. 

The facial begins with a gentle cleansing. Light massage is used to stimulate lymphatic drainage, followed by deeper massage to systematically tonify each muscle of the face. The experience culminates with buccal massage, where the face will be massaged from inside the mouth, and ends with the application of oils and tonics to fortify the skin.

For lasting results, this treatment is best done once weekly for a total of six weeks. Monthly maintenance to follow. 

PREGNANCY FACIAL 50 MINUTES | $250

GOOD FOR: all expectant mothers, especially those needing support with relaxation, lymphatic drainage, puffiness and water-retention, facial contouring, congested or imbalanced skin, tight muscles or for those that clench the jaw.

A well-deserved glow. Luxuriate in a relaxing facial designed to safely and gently meet the skincare needs of expectant mothers. Gentle massage techniques are used to sculpt the face while nourishing and calming the skin.

The facial begins with a gentle cleansing, followed by the application of hand-selected tonics and oil blends. Gua Sha facial massage is then used alongside manual massage of the face, head and neck to facilitate lymphatic drainage, blood circulation, relax the nervous system, and reinvigorate the skin.

Please note, aside from the bespoke facial, facial services do not include creating or discussing naturopathic treatment plan, assessment of lab work or other medical diagnostics.

Naturopathic care is covered by most extended health care plans.

All Naturopathic services are HST exempt.

A cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of the service will be charged for any cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
